PVC wall panel printing machine
This machine is designed to print patterns and coat UV varnish on PVC ceilings, door boards, window sills, cabinet board and other flat panels made from different materials .
This machine can easily print single or double color wood, marble or other patterns by replacing with corresponding pattern cylinders.
Main features:
1. The printing speed is controlled by converters and maximus speed can up to 30m/min;
2. The printer equipped with diaphragm pump to supply ink and UV varnish, which can be recycled via grooves;
3. Each UV roller of coaters is driven by individual motor to control UV quantity and coating speed, to meet customer’s requirements high glossy or matt surface;
4.Servo printing is optional.
