2. Equipment composition and characteristics

Extrusion equipment: Single screw extruder adopts slotted barrel, PS foaming special high-efficiency screw, high foaming rate and stable extrusion.
Extrusion die: The special head designed by our company based on more than ten years of production experience has the characteristics of uniform discharge, convenient adjustment, and stable foaming. Cooperating with Huaming's special photoelectric control system, the size of the extruded profile products is stable and accurate, and the yield rate of the products is greatly improved.
Cooling and shaping water tank: The parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel, with long life and beautiful appearance.
Traction and cutting: Belt-type haul-off machine with uniform pressing force and stepless speed regulation by frequency conversion to meet the requirements of pipe production for traction stability. The cutting machine adopts a special 45-degree downward cutting method to ensure that the cutting surface is beautiful without flash; the high-precision encoder length meter device ensures the cutting accuracy of each line and saves raw materials.
The finished product stacking rack can achieve the effect of cutting and packing, saving circulation costs.
There are a variety of electrical control systems to choose from (such as: PLC touch screen fully automatic control system), the production speed is fast, stable, and the control is simple and easy to operate.
