In the plastic extrusion molding line, the plastic extruder is usually called the main machine, and the plastic extrusion machine of the following equipment is called the auxiliary machine. After more than 100 years of development, plastic extruders have been derived from the original single screw.
The plastic extruder relies on the pressure and shear force generated by the rotation of the screw to ensure that the material is fully plasticized and evenly mixed and formed through the die.
The plastic extruder includes a screw, barrel, hopper, head and mold. Through the extrusion system, the plastic is plasticized into a uniform melt, and under the resulting pressure, the screw is continuously extruded through the head.
